Students were accompanied by the faculty to Akshaya Patra Kitchens to become aware and understand the foundation’s latest cooking technologies being implemented, the Kitchen standards followed, Food Transportation & carrier vehicle design used for logistics. The visit was personally headed and guided by Akshaya Patra operational Manager, Rajajinagar branch.
This Program was also combined with a specially designed interactive personality enrichment workshop conducted by Touchstone foundation, an ISKCON Bangalore initiative, a registered non-profit organization. Touchstone Foundation has been formed to satisfy the hungry intellect of thousands of youth using the principles of ancient Indian wisdom. Primarily to help students with their overall enrichment of life in regard to managing their unending and relentless distractions created by digital media and electronics. The workshop also focused on handling stress levels by understanding the concept of self-control or self-management, bringing about a discipline by managing their habits and creating a robust personality.
